Construction Department We do planning, design, fabrication and erection for general construction and space structures consistently. We are trying with our best to develop technology related to various buildings which need extremely high technology. 2. Structural steel Department We design, fabricate and erect bridges, steel frames and towers consistently. 3. Overseas Department We are expanding construction business and steel frame business in particularly South east Asia where we can display our technology. 4. Technical research and development Department Major activity is research and development of future technology for construction, structure, production, and computer programming. This department is Technical Center of TOMOE. "TOMOE of Technology" is progressing with its long-team-accumulated technology and new technology toward its further development of technology.

Educational system
Giving individual attention to recruits, TOMOE brings them up to allarounders. Both technical group and non-technical group recruits are regularly transferred to their new job sections to have them obtain more knowledge and experiences. This means "The right man in the right place" and "all the picked staff". On the other hand, some recruits distinguished in particular areas will be dispatched to such special organizations or foreign colleges to obtain special knowledge and technology to be Company*s future strategy.
